This is a Korean celebrities crossover with Avatar characters. Not a culturally/ethnically accurate portrayal.

This is what happens when an Avatar fan is also a kpop/kdrama fan. ^___^

While and after i created Jang Geun Suk as Tahno, i wanted to make more Korean actor/singer castings for Legend of Korra characters.

Lin Beifong was next on my list ever since she got her bending taken away from Amon (and now officially restored by Korra in the finale).

The Korean actress i chose was Lee Mi Sook

I've always found her very pretty for someone her age. (she's currently 52, about the same age as Lin).
She was the first actress i thought of when thinking of Lin. The facial structure is pretty much similar and when Lee Mi Sook acts, most of the characters i've seen her play are pretty badass yet have a caring justice based nature.
Especially the mother character she played in the korean drama "Love Rain" (the same drama Jang Geun Suk starred in).
